Lisa and Paul run a fabulous operation. They know their business well - what will sell and what will not. They basically come into the home, go through all items, organize, tag and arrange in a way that sells. Their marketing has a large outreach. They really put in the time up front to make sure the sale goes as smooth as possible. They manage the traffic in the home to make sure it goes smoothly. They are truly
hard workers and simply wonderful to work with. After the sale, they donate the remaining items and clean the home. I was thrilled with our results.

Unless one has found themselves thrust into having to handle the estate of loved ones after their passing, one can never understand how overwhelming the entire process can be, especially when coping with the loss. Imagine a beautiful home, occupied for more than 60 years, with thousands of collectibles, beautiful furniture, and hundreds of art pieces. Where to begin was mind boggling. Lisa and the staff at Lakeshore Estate Sales took all of the weight of managing the home and property, including the clean out, off of our shoulders. The level of care they showed for the property to be sold and the house, itself, was second to none. Words cannot describe the amount of genuine compassion they showed towards us as well as the level of respect for the legacy of our dearly departed loved ones. We were so impressed with Lisa, who maintained a level of communication, which is almost unheard of these days, keeping us apprised of the progress of the preparations, cleaning, as well as the sale, with multiple calls or texts each day. It was like talking with a friend, rather than someone whom with we had a contract. We would absolutely recommend Lakeshore Estate Sales to anyone in this situation. Although we hope never again face circumstances such as this, we would, without hesitation, entrust Lakeshore Estate Sales to handle the task.

I wholeheartedly recommend Lakeshore Estate Sales for anyone in need of this service! I had to dispose of an entire household of furnishings that had accumulated over a 30 year period. The new owner wanted the house to be "broom clean". Lisa, Paul, and their team came in and took over. Every item was staged, priced, and sold and/or donated. They were delightful people to work with. I was not present for the actual sale, but it went very well, and I received a complete accounting of every item following completion of the sale and the home was left "broom clean". Lisa and Paul conducted our estate sale under the most trying conditions .We were facing the covid 19 virus shut down deadline when we found a buyer for our house and desperately needed to have a sale. If you are looking for the best estate sale company to work with it is Lakeshore Estate Sales. Lisa and Paul made the very difficult process of going through my mom’s belongings and treasures after she passed away much easier. They worked with the homeowners association to make sure all their policies and procedures were followed. Lisa and Paul went above and beyond making sure everything was done just right. Their expertise and knowledge of what items will sell for is vast. They took time to investigate what certain art pieces and collectibles might be worth as well. And if all that was not enough, after the sale they provided the service of garbage and donation pick up. When the sale was done all we had to do was have the carpets cleaned and walls painted and we were ready to sell.
