We will do this by utilizing for each client and their sale our 60 years of combined experience in Customer Service, Business Management, Accounting, Estate Sales, Auctions, Retail Home Furnishings and Retail Antiques Malls that specialized in Traditional furnishings, Mid-Century Modern, Vintage, Art, Decorative Accents and Rugs. This vast experience makes us uniquely qualified and capable to handle your sale.

 

Whatever your situation might be, whether you are downsizing, relocating, handling the estate of a loved one, or going through a divorce, we will handle your sale with care and discretion, down to the smallest detail. Our desire is to make your experience with Lakeshore Estate Sales as stress free as possible.

 

Each and every client is unique, and has a different set of needs. Lakeshore Estate Sales will tailor fit each sale to our clients needs. There is no such thing as a “cookie cutter” estate sale. Lakeshore Estate Sales will advertise and promote our client’s sale using all the tools available and appropriate to the individual sale, such as Facebook, Craigslist, estatesales.net, estatesales.org, email lists, and we believe strongly in neighborhood outreach to promote an upcoming sale. Staffing is another very important aspect of a successful estate sale. Our staffing will always be respectful of your home and property, and our staff will also make sure customers coming into your home will treat it with respect. They will be there to answer questions and to sell your items for top dollar. The more your sale is successful for you, the more successful it is for us!
